Sarah Ninivaggi is a strategic communications and brand marketing leader with experience guiding organizations through complex challenges. She has developed high-impact marketing campaigns, such as efforts to grow the behavioral health workforce, and led strategic communications for a top hospital system during the COVID-19 crisis. As Vice President at Quinn Thomas, an award-winning Pacific Northwest agency, she oversees communications strategies and campaigns that drive meaningful results for clients. Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Marketing Chair for Backpack Brigade, a Seattle-based nonprofit delivering weekend meals for children facing food insecurity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Towson University and a master’s in Communication Leadership from the University of Washington.
