An engineer who found his calling in storytelling, Mathew is a brand and creative strategist leading marketing efforts for Communication Leadership. A natural problem solver, Mathew’s engineering background fuels his strategic approach to brand-building, blending analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
Before joining UW, he built his career at global advertising agencies like DDB and Dentsu, evolving from copywriting to brand management while working with leading brands across tech, fashion, and automotive industries. A 2024 graduate of the program himself, his journey from Kochi, India to Seattle reflects his constant drive to step beyond his comfort zone—ultimately leading him to join the very program he now helps shape.
Mathew’s creative passions extend beyond work – with a keen eye for photography, a love for creating art, and a knack for plating the perfectly cooked meal. He’s also an avid coffee lover and passionate about soccer – on and off the field.
