Hi there, my name is KC, a MCDM Cohort 20 alum. Currently, I’m a UX designer at Amazon where I support B2B customers and lead design of a GenAI MarTech product. Prior to joining Amazon, I was a product designer wearing multiple hats at Bain & Company. In that role I helped Global 500 clients across different industries solve their enterprise-level design and innovation challenges.

Outside of design, I’m a YouTube content creator and a podcast cohost thanks to skills I learned at Comm Lead. I’m also an avid traveler, novice photographer, sports fan, and coffee lover. Born in Shenzhen, China, I went to Tennessee for high school and came to Seattle for both undergrad and grad school.
