Jim Hopkinson is a Principal Content Designer at Microsoft, working on the Core AI User Experience team. Prior to that, he led content and training for Ally.io, a leading goal-setting software company which was named Startup of the Year and later acquired by Microsoft. He’s held content and PM roles at ESPN and WIRED, and is also a published author, speaker, and career coach with a passion for teaching and mentoring. He enjoys sports, technology, mountain biking, and nerdy spreadsheets.
