She is a technology innovator, product maker, storyteller, and strategist with expertise in AI, data and innovation. With 18+ years of experience managing global teams and products, she has worked with diverse stakeholders to design, innovate and create delightful products and technology solutions that empower individuals and organizations to achieve more. She is passionate about solving people problems, with modeling, coaching, and caring demonstrated throughout.

With a pioneer mindset, Elaine is a strategic innovator balanced with practical approach to focus on what is impactful. She is a creator and visionary with well-rounded expertise in engineering, communications, business strategy, and international experiences from US, Canada, UK and China.

She previously led product development, customer and partner success for Conversational AI at Microsoft. She was an O’Reilly book author on Conversational AI. She has been a featured speaker in Microsoft’s CEO and executive keynotes, and signature events such as Microsoft Build Conference, Microsoft Ignite Conference, Microsoft Ready, Microsoft MVP Summit, Microsoft AI Innovate and more.

Elaine is also a Certified Professional Coach and a practitioner of coaching skills for improving business performance and empowering individuals to pursue happiness and fulfillment.

Her active leadership and community involvement includes prior leadership experiences in chairing Microsoft Asian Employee Resource Group (founder of Microsoft Asian Leadership Conferences), pioneering impactful diversity & inclusion initiatives with various women in tech communities, and mentoring of employees and students.
