Lara Dalch is a learning experience designer, facilitator, and podcast producer with over a decade of experience helping individuals and teams navigate personal and professional change. She believes that continuous learning is at the heart of a life well-lived. After kicking off her career as a marketer for genre-defining brands like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Cartoon Network, and adult swim, Lara found her sweet spot designing and facilitating in-person and online learning experiences where she leverages her lifelong love of learning and her ability to shape content and tell stories to help individuals and teams find their way to what’s next.

Lara holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Most recently from New York City, Lara now lives in Seattle where you can find her hiking, running, cooking, and traveling to visit family and friends around the world.
