Jake is a former lecturer at Stanford University in the Storytelling Program where he taught courses to undergrads and occasional grad students in narrativizing their research and how to share personal stories primarily via podcasts but really any medium. He’s now a story editor and consultant for podcast shows and projects. His own work has aired on “NPR-All Things Considered, PRI-The World, This American Life” and many other shows, reporting from over 50 countries including Iraq and Afghanistan. Though he loves working in sound he’s also a photographer with Getty Images. Jake’s academic background is in Anthropology.
