Susan Ralston is a senior marketing executive who is passionate about the convergence of technology and the human experience, and how it can help transform people’s lives for the better. While at Microsoft, she had a solid reputation of developing strategic marketing programs for enterprise customers and partners that make a real and immediate impact on the business.
An eternal fan of learning, she holds both an MBA in Marketing and now Master of Communication in Digital Media (MCDM), furthering her studies in integrated customer experiences and supporting her belief that companies should embrace customer-centric philosophies to create effective marketing strategies and positive digital transformations. While at University of Washington, she contributed business and marketing articles to Flip the Media on local events like IN-NW and Emerald City Comicon.
Valuing the power of mentoring, Susan is always willing to help others broaden their careers and is a firm believer in the Buddhist proverb “If you light a lamp for someone, it will also brighten your own path.” She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and she loves biking, hiking and cross country skiing.
